You will be required to present all relevant concession card/s when collecting tickets from the box office. Invalid or incorrect concession purchases may result in the voiding of your sale without refund. Tickets are sold on a no refund or exchange basis. These terms and conditions are agreed to upon purchase. Your credit card will be charged for the full price of the ticket and booking fee. Refunds or exchanges are not available where you simply change your mind, or where you have mistakenly purchased the wrong ticket or where you do not have a receipt for the products or services.
