Exchanges can only be done in advance of the date and time listed on the ticket at the Roxie Box Office, which opens 30 minutes before each day's showtimes. The Roxie does not provide phone or email support for ticketing purchases. We recommend that online ticketing customers be present 15 minutes before showtime to ensure seating, especially for special events or festival screenings. In the event of a sold out show, seats that are unclaimed shortly before showtime may be surrendered to those waiting in a rush line - please be sure to arrive early.
